The Sunuyoruz Biz service scope covers Em Electronic Menu setup and support, the Emadmin digital menu management panel, architecture modernization and technical-debt consulting, digital transformation, cloud migration, and project-level technical consulting.

For each engagement, we first clarify business needs and process requirements; scope is then set by proposal, content structure, technical boundaries, delivery plan, and sustainability needs.

Em is the QR Menu layer used by guests; Emadmin is the separate product used to manage Em. Setup, usage plan, maintenance, and support boundaries are documented in the relevant proposal or service plan.

The legal compliance of texts, pricing, visuals, logos, and other identity assets provided to us remains the client’s responsibility.

We apply reasonable care for technical implementation and launch safety.

Post-launch change requests are handled through a maintenance plan or a separate scope extension.

Urgent updates can be scheduled through the active communication channels.
